· It is not allowed to smoke inside including the rooms.
· Parties and events are not allowed.
· Pets are not accepted.
· No more people can be accommodated than those hired in the reservation.
· Clients must minimize the noise from 22:00 to 09:00.
· Please inform Martiamuno Landetxea in advance of your expected arrival time.
